Can Xicoy
The visit takes you through the farm and cheesery so you can understand the whole process up close: the animals, milking, cheesemaking and, finally, tasting.
A hands-on way to discover the farm together: see and feed the animals, meet the herd and the kids, learn how milking works, step inside the cheesery and finish with a tasting of Can Xicoy cheeses.

A visit designed to help children understand where food comes from through direct contact with the animals and the cheesemaking process. It can include an optional mató workshop, where every child takes part in the preparation and brings their own pot home.
Sessions for training centres and professional groups in farming, livestock, cheesemaking or gastronomy. The route and level of technical detail can be adapted to the group’s objectives.
A deeper immersion in the process: animal pens, milking, making cheese with freshly milked milk and visiting the maturation rooms. Designed for very small groups and for anyone who wants to go beyond a standard farm visit.
